Friendly, accommodating staff. Christine and housekeeping staff were particularly friendly. Clean clean clean. Christine helped me extend my stay using the Rewards style.

Staff member who checked us in was exceptional. We received a call shortly after settling into our room to confirm we found everything satisfactory. That was very much appreciated. The room was crisp and clean.

Very clean property. The pool was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. We had late arrival and front desk gave us complimentary bag lunch and bottles of water. Very nice first impression!

The pillows were okay, the bed was comfortable though! The pool and hot tub were great, so was the breakfast, it was a good area, and the hotel in general was well kept and clean.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection and fresh fruits. I liked the staff greeting me each morning with such friendly smiles. They were anxious to assist with all breakfast items. Helped me carry the plates and refilled juice and coffee for me like restaurant. I liked the booths in the lobby, like a cozy cafe.

Check-in was fast, cordial and simple. Edward was friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Janette was VERY helpful getting our boarding passes printed!!
